Activation, payment, backups, mods or performance: here are quick answers to the most common questions.
Your server is automatically deployed as soon as payment is validated. Its activation is usually immediate, and you'll find it directly in your nitroserv Manager.
Yes! You can upgrade to a more powerful plan in 3 clicks and completely independently from the Upgrade tab in your Manager.
To downgrade your plan or change games, simply contact support: we'll take care of it with you!
Yes. Retrieve your map or backup from your old host or computer, then upload your files to your nitroserv server (via SFTP).
Dedicated guides are also available depending on the game you choose. If you get stuck, our support can help you with the transfer!
Yes: your server benefits from automatic backups, with a frequency configurable according to your needs.
We keep all backups from the last 3 days, then one backup per day for the following 30 days.
Even if your server expires, everything isn't deleted immediately: it remains intact for 5 days, then its last backup is kept for 6 months.
