Step 1: Stop your server
- Make sure your server is stopped. You can do this by closing the configuration file or using the admin command /DoExit.
Step 2: Find the banlist.txt file
- The banlist.txt file is located in the following directory on the Savegames FTP:
KonfigID/Pal/Saved/SaveGames/
- Replace KonfigID with your server's configuration ID. You can find your configuration ID on the Palworld website, under the Gameserver tab.
Step 3: Remove the player you want to unban
- Open the banlist.txt file in a text editor.
- Search for the name of the player you want to unban.
- Delete the line containing the player's name.
Step 4: Save your changes
- Save your changes to the banlist.txt file.
Step 5: Upload the banlist.txt file to the Savegames FTP
- Upload the banlist.txt file to the Savegames FTP.
Step 6: Start your server
- Start your server.

The player you have unbanned will be able to connect to your server again as soon as you start your server.
